Attorney At Law

 Attorney At Law

Leadership and Commitment

Malone Legal Leader and 2016 Health Care Law - Attorney "Lawyer of the Year" Adam Malone explains how his success extends beyond chamber courts and helps citizens and the legal community.

Adam Malone knows that impact doesn't measure up to every reward. Over the years, he has strengthened his profession by sharing information outside the courtroom, ultimately helping to protect people's lives.

"My top priority as an attorney is to deliver the best results," Malone said. Named a 2016 Best Lawyers® Lawyer by the Atlanta Medical Malpractice Plaintiffs. "But I love my job and feel the need to pay back to society and the police force. Volunteering has proven to be a source of support locally, statewide, and nationally, and for other attorneys who have been unlawfully killed while working a disaster." This is the best way."

Ma Long did exactly what he said. In terms of his contribution to the plan, 2023 will be the year when many of the responsibilities assumed by Marlon Law through his leadership are fulfilled.

Georgia Trial Lawyers Association

Malone has been a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) for decades. At that organization, she builds relationships with fellows and works with members to help strengthen their relationships in the Legislature to better protect the local community and ensure that ordinary citizens, Georgia families, and small businesses are not limited by protections. Jurisdiction. Access to independent and impartial courts.

Supporting GTLA's mission has been a part of Malone Law's work for more than 50 years. He was elected as GTLA President in 2022 and his term will end in 2023 and will pursue a number of goals, including promoting diversity and increasing membership. Malone led the support of the Minority Caucus and the Women's Caucus by bringing believers into leadership and offering new services and improved training; This makes GTLA's leadership and work connected to many hearts. Additionally, Malone's leadership has helped grow more than 300 members to date, and together with the talented GTLA staff, he has accomplished all of this without increasing membership fees.

"Supporting GTLA's mission has been Malone Law and its mission for over 50 years," said Malone. “I hope that all attorneys in Georgia who represent people injured by preventable injury or death will join us in our efforts to end each other's rights that allow criminals to evade responsibility for the harm they cause.”

American Association for Justice

The American Association for Justice (AAJ) has experts who are the largest law firm representing personal injury victims in the United States. Joining the organization is a natural fit for Malone, who served on the board and executive committee for many years.

As one of the leading experts in the treatment of children and adults with brain injuries, Malone's passion and willingness to share knowledge have proven to be more than worthy of the former. In 2021, he was appointed chair of the AAJ's Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. During his tenure, which ends in 2022, Malone has organized and led numerous courses, including a multi-day conference in Atlanta attended by attorneys and experts from around the country. He also announced another important project - the creation of an advisory group - aimed at attracting and retaining members and managers who will have a better influence on hard workers for the proper representation of the organization. “I am confident that future AAJ leaders will continue the important work we started last year,” Malone said. “More importantly, they are able to represent and gain the depth and understanding needed to better understand and represent those suffering from serious illnesses.”

COVID-19 Judicial Task Force

Ma Long is one of them. The Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court's COVID-19 Judges Task Force is among a small group of lawyers who joined the task force when it was formed in 2020. People working to help keep things safe while the rest of the world's business is disrupted. To complete the trials that need to be completed in court and to help the courts ensure security in the court.

Staff continues to update the guidance and has begun developing plans to address other threats of similar size and scope.

Malone said the court's struggles over the past three years can be attributed to Judge Sean Lagrua and his judicial management. "We are now thinking about the future and will continue to work to ensure that justice remains intact in the country." Malone plans to remain silent no matter what. He will ensure cooperation and ensure that new information is brought back to his office and courtroom.

"Whether it is technological advancement or regulatory change, there is always something to be learned from participating in GLTA, AAJ and its governing body. Respect for government," Malone noted. "Marlon Lowe believes you should pay more than you get. By offering our knowledge, time and expertise, our clients always get the best possible outcome."
